HuangMingDianLiZhi,20 volumes, it records the change of etiquette since the first year of the Wu Period to the Wanli tenth years. The author is Guo Zhengyu, style MeiMing, who gave himself a title MingLong, was born in Jiangxia city of Hubei. He lives in Jiajing, Longqing, Wanli three dynasties.He is the official of Rites Ministry. He dead in Wanli fortieth years, After his death, he received the post of Minister of Rites, get Taizishaobao, Posthumous WenYi. HuangMingDianLiZhi was written in when GuoZhengyu is the official of Rites Ministry. HuangMingDianLiZhi is a very important ritual classics. But, the research on the Guo Zhengyu and his book was still insufficiency. On the basis of comprehensive collection of his historical material and works, the thesis is the research on Guo Zhengyu’s life and the version of HuangMingDianLiZhi, the compiled of HuangMingDianLiZhi, the style of HuangMingDianLiZhi. Finally, come to the conclusion the Historical value of HuangMingDianLiZhi.In the first chapter of this paper, according to the "history of the Ming Dynasty-Guo Zhengyu biography", supplemented by local chronicles, Ming essays, letters and other related historical materials, sort of Guo Zhengyu’s family and entering political stratum, especially after the government officials of political activity. The second chapter is the textual research of HuangMingDianLiZhi. The existing version of HuangMingDianLiZhi is Wanli thirty-eight years version and Wanli forty-one years version.The two versions, which is basically the same. The author believes that the annals of HuangMingDianLiZhi content mainly drawn in Ming record, Ming Ji Li, Da Ming Huidian and other books. The book was written in Wanli thirty-one years to Wanli thirty-eight years, and Guo Zhengyu writing and editing of this book is intended to formulation of Ming Dynasty ceremony, tradition and change of compilation records, and pass to later generations. The third chapter analyzes the style of HuangMingDianLiZhi and the classification of the content of literature. Because of the style division of HuangMingDianLiZhi is complex, not easy to read, so by the forces of five rites of were classified, in order to have a clear grasp the content.The fourth chapter mainly through the comparison of the HuangMingDianLiZhi and the other etiquette books, discussing the historical value of HuangMingDianLiZhi. The first part is the comparison of HuangMingDianLiZhi and MingHuiDian, pointed out some ceremonies MingHuidian not involved, such as Erwang Wedding, sister-in-law Huang funeral, etc. Secondly, annals of Emperor Ming ceremony focusing on recording ritual history, in the description of the concrete process of the ceremony slightly elliptical, the MingHuiDian as a code of the official books, records for the ritual process is very detailed. Finally, annals of Emperor Ming ceremony records and ritual formulated some relevant historical facts, in order to make the readers understand, change the background of making ritual. The second part of "Zhi" and HuangMingDianLiZhi ceremony set are compared, pointed out that its content is Ming Ji Li is more abundant.Through carding Guo Zhengyu politics and HuangMingDianLiZhi annals of the compiling style and content of historical materials, the author thinks that although the annals of HuangMingDianLiZhi and classification of the historical materials of cumbersome, but its historical content is extremely rich, can make up for the Ming Huidian and MingJiLi and other historical materials, with the unique historical value.
