As the world continues to accelerate the process of globalization, communication methods and social relations increasingly showing openness and richness of various cultures and customs, morals, value system and way of life along with the various modes of cross-cultural and gradually integration of heterogeneous culture, and the most striking is the religion of cross-cultural. Tibetan Buddhism in terms of the Turkish people is a foreign religion cross-cultural, and deliver this exotic culture in the Turkish region has not only limited by the recipient of specific social environment, but developed rapidly in the incoming Qinghai region and became the Turkish women’s religious beliefs. Tibetan Buddhism and other religions have to integrate, control, moral education and psychological comfort and other functions, as a result of the Turkish women’s social status, long suppressed and discriminated against patriarchal culture, their spiritual world is very fragile, and Tibetan Buddhism It has these features in favor of the majority of the Turkish women and the development of self-change of mind. Tibetan Buddhism have a major impact on their behavior while becoming spiritual sustenance and provide support to the Turkish women "spiritual harbor."In this paper, mutual Tu Autonomous County in Qinghai Province, for example, the use of literature and architecture access method, based on the part of the Turkish female solidarity county region interviews on the use of the theory of sociology and sociology of religion, and analyzes of the Turkish women believe in Tibetan missionary reasons, describing the behavior of the Turkish women religious, and separately from the rite of passage to achieve absolute compliance and agree to the religious beliefs from two processes, analyzes and discusses the influence of Tibetan Buddhism on the Turkish female behavior.
