Oral communication ability is one of the qualities of modern People. For the futurepreschool teachers, oral communication ability is especially important. The characteristics oftheir occupation require their language ability. On the one hand, they must have a scientificlanguage teaching ability. On the other hand, they must have the ability to communicate withchildren. Preschool teachers’ oral communicative ability not only determines the quality ofeducation in a certain extent but also affects the development of children’s language abilityand thinking ability. Therefore, oral communicative ability has become the basic ability ofpreschool teachers. But on the whole our students communicative ability is not optimistic, sothe exploration of strategies to improve students oral communicative ability has become animportant task of the oral communicative teaching.This paper starts from the nature of the Preschool Teachers College and focuses onstudents professional skills to explore the teaching strategies to improve students oralcommunicative competence. The paper surveyed and analyzed the status of the students oralcommunicative competence by questionnaires, interviews and so on. We find out that the“teaching” of the teacher lacks of a systematic evaluation system and the teaching model ismonotonous. The "learning" of the students lack self-confidence and scientific learningmethods. They don’t have enough practice, etc. The aim is through intensive training, multipleevaluation of several strategies to improve the students oral communicative ability. This paperhighlights the occupation characteristics of the future preschool teachers, combining thecharacteristic of oral communication teaching, classroom teaching and the teaching objects ofthe future teachers, paying attention to extracurricular learning and practicing to explore newmethods and new teaching patterns. We hope that through this study we can explore effectiveways to improve students oral communicative competence in some ways.
