| As an objective indicator of social ecology, the relational mobility mainly refersto the respective about whether there are many other opportunities for their groupmembers to establish new partnerships with other people, and mainly emphasis whatpsychological and behavioral impact of such a view may be generated. Therefore, thisarticle embarks from the relational mobility to investigate its effect on happiness mayexist,and the interpersonal trust play an intermediary role in it.This study focuses on the relational mobility has important theoretical andpractical significance.On the one hand, this study makes up the gaps in the study of thenew generation of migrant workers’ relational mobility, to further enrich andstrengthen the theory of the new generation of migrant workers’ happiness. On theother hand, properly resolve the variety of issues about the realational mobility maycause can more effectively improve the quality of life of the new generation of migrantworkers, all-round, multi-angle to improve their well-being, so as to inject new vitalityinto rural development, to further promote the development of the whole society.This study selected192new generation of migrant workers from many cities, weuse the relational mobility questionnaire, interpersonal trust questionnaire andwell-being questionnaire to measure the relationship among the relational mobility,interpersonal trust and happiness.And uses some statistical techniques,such as the t-test,correlation analysis,regression analysis, ANVOA and so on.The results of this study mainly in the following aspects:1.The relational mobility’ level of the new generation of migrant workers locatedabove average, and the number of working years have significant differences on it.2.The well-being’s level of the new generation of migrant workers at the lowermiddle level, and marital status, cultural degree, working years all have significantdifferences on it.3.The interpersonal trust’ level of the new generation of migrant workers locatedabove average, and there is a gender difference.4.The new generation of migrant workers’ relational mobility, well-being andinterpersonal trust are all significantly related. There is significant negative correlationbetween the relational mobility and well-being; the relational mobility is negatively correlated with the interpersonal trust; the interpersonal trust and well-being issignificantly positive correlation.5.The interpersonal trust play a intermediary role in the relationship between therelational mobility and well-being. |
