When researchers are improving products’user experience they usually do some usability testing first to discover the usability problems。 Learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction are in close relationship with usability and satisfaction can be used to describe users’ overall inner feeling, which is of great importance to get to know user experience。It’s usually use self-report methods such as questionnaire, user interview, focus group, think-loud to know users’ satisfaction.Respondents are influenced by social desirability bias and cognitive dissonance and maybe they are not telling what they are really thinking of, which is negative to usability research. Besides, researchers are not able to get to know the changing satisfaction and discover the problems pointedly, which will do harm to usability researches’ efficiency. To get rid of these weaknesses, we derived our study from previous methods and theories of physiological measures and subjective assessment home and broad, we analyzed the relationship between blink interval and satisfaction via usability testing and the study could be used to predicted user satisfaction when they are visiting website and using software through blink interval.31participants were recruited to fulfill2tasks and recorded their eye movement data during the website usability testing. The participants were also required to give their satisfaction scores after each task according to the web design. The results showed a strong correlation between the users’blink interval and their satisfaction and the lower the satisfaction is, the longer the blink interval is. A mathematical model between satisfaction and blink interval was obtained and can be used to calculate satisfaction scores (1-5points) on corresponding blink intervals.Designers could forecast user satisfaction curve in the usability testing via this model and improve product availability in the next design based on the results.
