Bilingualism As A Factor In The Formation Of The All-Russian Cultural Identity On The Example Of The Republic Of Buryatia

The profound political， socio-economic and cultural changes that have takenplace in the Russian Federation during the last decades of the20th century haveaffected language community. In connection with this study， processes ofbilingualism， from the point of view of the theory and practice of social Linguisticshave a particular relevance.
