| Hani is a historic agricultural ethnic minority in China’s southwestern frontier, in their lives,during the Festival, wedding or funeral, building houses, entertaining people is inseparable fromthe music. Wedding lamentation was the traditional wedding custom of Hani nationality, beforethe girls married, brides and her female relatives, they always held wedding lamentationceremony, with "cry" and "sing" Wedding lament songs to meet this major change in one’s life.Wedding lamentation songs of Hani, which the local Hani nation said it as "Mi Wei Wei" or "RanMi Su Mi Yi Wei", is the song sung by Hani women when they marring, it shows the weddingcustom of Hani nation in the specific historical conditions, with a distinctive local characteristicsand unique artistic style.Based on the theoretical research way of ethnomusicology subject, during July2013-August2014in Hani and Yi Autonomous prefecture in Honghe, Yunnan, Pu Chun village in A Za Hetownship in Honghe county, researcher has two times in-depth investigation of field, in theprocess of the field investigation, take participant observation method, and take a intimatecontact with insider at short range, understanding its status, by means of visual anthropologyrecording, video, and taking photos, collecting and preserving their performances situation, andsorting, research and integrated analysison gotten information by investigating. During theprocess of contacting with insider, developing bi-musicality, learning and singing folk songs ofHani nation. And analyze musical sound by audio notation, so that study its music and associatedculture.The last part of the article discusses and analyzes the inheritance mode and its currentsituation of the wedding lamentation of Hani nation, hope to play a role in the protection anddevelopment on the wedding lamentation of Hani nation. |
