In contemporary society, the rapid development of informationtechnology and communication technology have graduallyinfiltrated into the various aspects of economic development andsocial life, people’s production, life and learning style is earthshaking changes. Along with the information technology ineducation and teaching in the continuous in-depth application,modern classroom teaching philosophy, teaching mode has alsoundergone a profound change, along with the rise of teachinginformation, such as national Ministry of Education promulgated aseries of documents, all requirements of the new reform of thetraditional classroom. XX normal university according to the actualsituation of teaching, in order to further promote the teachingreform, and effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching,enhance the students awareness of innovation and practical ability,in the school to carry out the reform of classroom teaching, so as tochange the traditional teaching concepts and teaching ideas,changing the way of classroom teaching. It will be imperative toreform the integration of technology in the classroom teaching, thekey is the curriculum design is reasonable and effective integrationwith existing teaching resources. Thus, the information age ofteachers using educational technology integration in teaching content and teaching methods also put forward higher requirementsand challenges.Integration technology of pedagogical content knowledge(TPACK) is one of the hot spots in recent years on "informationtechnology and curriculum integration" method and means of, isconsidered to be for teaching purposes of technology integration inteaching strategies in an intelligent knowledge teaching tools,formed on transference of meaning and the teacher as the leadingindependent inquiry the new idea of combining the teachingactivities, emphasizing the teachers in the classroom teachingprocess play designers, implementers, guide the multi role, alsomore emphasis on effective design of the importance and necessityof the course. This study based on TPACK framework of theeducational technology learn professional English "classroominstructional design and application of the central level, and theeffects of the application were analyzed, so as to effectivelyoptimize the teachers teaching, enhance students’ learningefficiency, in order to deepen the depth of integration of informationtechnology and teaching, to further promote the development ofteaching reform of the course.
