The paper mainly divided into three parts:the first part introduces the research status of legal language evidence; the second part according to the language analysis method,classify Shuy works in the case of language analysis by category of discuss and select the representative cases from the macro, meso and micro Language unit and select representative cases to do correlation analysis, detailed introduced the specific method of linguistics theory in the concrete application in the study of linguistic evidence; The third part combining with the characteristics of Shuy, summarizes the current characteristics and problems of linguistic evidence, from the features of each language types and discusses the the influence of different language types of linguistic evidence.Paper focuses on the summarized Shuy the linguistic characteristics of the study of language evidence, analysis method and then puts forward the study currently facing three difficulties-standards and subjective analysis, the subjectivity of the highly challenging for analysts analysis ability, and the scope of evidence analysis methods is limited and insufficient evidence of workability, our country also needs to focus on the problems in the research of linguistic evidence.
