Drama is one of the important forms of expressions of human civilization, but people’s attention to drama translation is far from enough, researches on translation of drama script are far less than other types of translated texts. Thus, the author uses playwright Lanford Wilson’s work "Balm in Gilead" as the main research object, with the aid of Computer Aided Translation (CAT) to improve the efficiency of translation, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the CAT software-Trados. During the process of translation, the author realizes that the translation of script is not simply the correspondence between word and word, sentence and sentence. It should be a kind of re-creation, and demands the translator to translate from the perspective of the audience, and make sure that the translated script is faithful to the original language and easily accepted by the target language audience.
