After The Second World War, accordion stepped into a new situation that numerousmusicians contributed them into accordion composition and plenty of contemporary worksappeared during this period. East Europe has long been the origin of accordion composition,except Russian composers, Poland, Ukraine and Slavs also made huge contribution for thedevelopment of accordion. Polish composer Bogdan Precz, labeled as unique style and stylishperformance, had been considered as one of the most important accordion musicians in the latetwentieth century. His rhythmic and technical Toccata pieces <332> and <12in4> became thecompulsory selections of various concerts and competitions.Since contemporary accordion works are hard to interpret, we need to focus on researchingat construction and performance in order to have a deeper interpretation.
