"The Expression Of Memory"-on The Transformation Of The Emotion And Schema In My Graduate Creation

The transformation between emotions and schemas refers to a kind of phenomenon and relationship, in which the painting works express its deep spiritual feelings by the schema. Diverse schemas created by artists reveal mainly about the artists’personalized emotions and moods.The creation of artworks is the outlet of a creator’s inner emotions. During the creation of artworks, image thinking on the schema is extremely important. And emotion is an important feature of visualization of schema thinking in the creation of artworks. As creators in every link of image thinking are with strong emotion activities, and the creative energy is produced by the projection within the creator generated by the creative object, the emotion has played a huge role in this process. Emotion is a kind of internal feeling as well as an embodiment of the soul in the creation of artworks, which stimulates artists from their unconscious and penetrates into the schema.In my graduate work Forget and Remember, a series of paintings, by extracting some fragments of memories and emotions to carry on subjective mix and processing, presents its connotation with a personalized schema. And feelings of suffocation, split,loneliness and depression are expressed.
