Logo is the most basic factor of brand image design. Brand image design starts from logo and eventually returns to logo. Brand logo is the beginning and the end of brand image. The ideas, vision and hope that brand conveys can be enriched in logo,which can help to expanse them as a whole. logois crucial for the design of brand image.The concept of brand image is accepted by more and more people. Domestically,since 1980, VIS design as a brand, from a so-called "others say", becomes "myself practice." Besides operating in their own products, brands in various industries equally strive to improve their brand images, increase brand competitiveness and add their products value, so logo design is more and more important and the social requirements of logo design is also higher and higher. Social development is vary from minute to minute, so a successful logo should not be static. Changes in brand management, business philosophy, business model and composition should be reflected in the design of logo. In addition, public aesthetic also have an impact on the changes of logo. Periodic adjustments of logo have been recognized by most brands.The emphasis of this paper is on the study of logo redesign. The author analyzed the changes of logo and the background of these changes in Microsoft Corp,summarized the impact factors of logo adjustment. In this paper, the author also had a reflection on the trend of flat design, studied the methods of logo design adjustment,and predicted the direction of logo adjustment. |
