Syntactic priming is a phenomenon refers to the individual who use sentences pattern which happened before to produce and comprehend sentences. The most began to syntactic priming study is in the English language and gradually spread to other languages, then deep into the cross-linguistic syntactic priming. But the existing cross-linguistic syntactic priming study for sino-tibetan which include Chinese is seldom involved; Divided between sentences production and comprehension through the syntactic priming study is unsolved; There are also different opinions about the effect of verbs in syntactic priming; As well as, what kind of role bilingual levels played in the syntax priming is not clear.Research is trying to solve above questions by two experiments which use visual priming and audio priming. The same group of Cet-4 and 6 Chinese participants are tested by using picture description paradigm.Four kinds of sentences patterns(active/passive/prepositional object/double object sentence) are tested, and the following results are obtained:(1) The phenomenon of English and Chinese two way syntactic priming is observed; Verb dependence relies on sentence pattern specificity and has possibility to ex tend to other sentence patterns while cognitive burden increased. The possibility will fall while the sentence patterns use frequency rising;Comprehension work is a sensitive target when syntactic priming is tested, beca use of its less cognitive burden. But sentence comprehension and production are no different in its nature; As the growth of the level of English, syntactic priming increased efficiency; Sentence specificity have different effects on syntactic priming;Syntactic priming mechanism accord with one language dominance hypothesis, and researcher could conform to different stages of theory by using different sentence patterns which are in different use frequencies;...
