Volunteer service is not only an important factor that promotes the economic and social development and an important channel that accumulates social capital, but also an important channel which builds up the public morality and a kind of booster that builds up harmonious socialist society.Volunteer service is an activity carried out voluntarily under the moral will, and it implements the value of social priority principle which is a pure ethical behavior with sense of obligation. Thus, the moral spirit of volunteer service includes being willing, a sense of camaraderie, equal respect, selfless contribution, being honest, etc..
