Under the guidance of the new education idea, the child had begun to accept scientific prenatal education have when bred in the mother’s body; After the child was born with in the early education, the parent’s educational concept were more comprehensive and scientific. Preschool education had become the key which many contemporary young parents though their children to win on the starting line. Parents will buy all kinds of books and toys to develop children’s interest in learning, while they can playing. This causes the wide variety of infants and young kid’s books gradually into the book market, one of the most suitable for young children in the early education was the Play-book. The development of the various aspects of consciousness of infants and young children have began to change when they were born. To a certain extent, the Play-books can satisfy the terms of cognitive development in infants’stage, so as to stimulate the brain development of intelligence. So before design the play-books, we must have fully understanding the children want which in stage of cognitive development. In this way, we can designed really good for children’s books.This paper mainly discusses the play-books design condition, aim at how to get "play" and "learning" perfect combination in the play-books design, put forward reasonable design strategies and plans based on the infant’s cognitive theory. I hope this study can provide useful reference value in play-books market. This paper respectively from the five chapters.The status of the first chapter, introduce the play-book design, research purpose and significance, the methods of research and etc.;The second chapter, from the perspective of play books design, research the play-books present situation at home and abroad, analyzing the play-books design defects and deficiencies, to impact of the infants and young children cognitive development, come up with the need for their cognitive development should accord with in the play-books design;The third chapter, this chapter mainly discusses the play-book of different demands of the main target audience (parents and young children). On a detailed analysis of separately from survey of their parents to buy attitude and the main characteristics of all ages and gender of infants children, and combining with the related theories. Consequently to the target audience’s accurate positioning for play-books design requirements;The fourth chapter, this chapter mainly in play-books design must conform to the necessity of the young children cognitive development and basis on the analysis of the requirements on the target user, and combining the excellent playbooks design cases in domestic and foreign, put forward ideas and methods which accord with cognitive development in infants in the play-books design;The fifth chapter, This chapter mainly test and complement the proposed theories and methods of the play-books design, through combined with the practice of specific operations design the different types of play-books.
