Nowadays, human increasingly relies on a variety of complex technology systems to fulfill the needs of their survival and development. At the same time, the relationship between human and nature is deteriorated, and a series of ecological problems arise, it seems to be associated with the development of science and technology. Based on such a condition, Andre Gorz as an important representative of Eco-Marxism, unlike other Eco-Marxists, from a unique political perspective, exploring the interaction between politics and technology, opened up a new horizon of Political Ecology. In theory, he enriched and expanded the horizon of Marxism, and provided an inspiration way of the technology in real life. After the mid-twentieth century, under the ground of Capitalism developing into a new history, the ecological crisis arising and the campaign of the Western Green expanding. Gorz based on Marxism theory of nature, Sartre’s Existentialism Marxism, and Frankfurt School Social Critical, explored the conditions of science and technology under the Capitalism. According to its "non- neutral ", he criticized the Capitalism system as the purpose, while he also criticized Technical Fascism and Technological Alienation deeply. He proposed technical change as the basic precondition of ecological reconstruction and the way to get rid of the ecological crisis which was developing the new decentralized socialism "soft technology", and advocated the" low-cost, high-yield " life style.Although Gorz’s theory has influenced on broadening the concept of Marxism sight positively, in fact there were still limitations.Gorz in a position of Ecology and Socialism, starting from science and technology " non- neutral "criticized science and technology under the Capitalism, enriching and developing the concept of Marxism’s technology and Eco-Marxism to a certain extent. But as a whole, he did not understand and accurately grasp the scientific connotation of science and technology as a factor of production, and separated the relationship between technology and ecology. His concepts also has pessimistic humanism color and the "soft technology" technological development model is a Utopian, so his criticism is unsuccessful, lacking of real achievements. What’s more he exaggerated the effect of technology and had the error of "technological determinism".
