The Creation Of Realistic Oil Painting "Still Life" Report

This article is a report of my final year project "Still Life". It is a creative work, showing what I learned in my three-year master study.First, it explains the purpose of the project, showing the basic realistic painting techniques, sentimental expression as well as the status of still life paintings. Analyzing the methodology of perceptual communication, it expresses my creative thinking, how to start an arty work from the beginning and make a initial draft. Then it displays my process of creation, preparing canvas, texture and dyeing techniques, theoretically and practically. At last, it briefly presents my personal feelings, thoughts as well as sentimental expressions through this final year project.This article explains my study and research in the realistic painting techniques, conveys my understanding and feeling to the still life painting as well as provides pictures of my creative work in abundance.
