Research On Landscape Painting Of Balthus

Balthasar Klossowski de Rola(1908——2001),descendants of the Poland aristocracy, born in Paris, in Balthus as signed for painting, Picasso ode regarded as "the 20 th century’s greatest painter”. He inherited the Poussin and Francesco on the basis of good tradition, and had pushed the representational painting to a new level.Balthus is rigorous and decisive, learn from nature. He is in the field of landscape painting much benefit from Cézanne and Courbet, and also inspired in the layout of the Chinese landscape painting. What he will reveal in his landscape painting, a sight scene brought him life feeling in times of painting language map. His landscape painting is unique, emotional sincerely, cordial and natural.In this paper, starting from the root of the artistic features of Balthus, of landscape works unique painting language for analysis. Given cubism and Chinese landscape painting in terms of color, composition of Balthus scenery creation, the influence of this part is mainly to Balthus processing, light and color in the landscape painting language form and emotional three starting point to explore the research ideas. Finally in this paper, the Balthus scenery painting creation of modern and individual creation produced far-reaching influence. Therefore, this paper analyses Balthus scenery painting transition from traditional to modern in terms of academic significance, more for Balthus themselves as artists and painting language level to explore, in order to make up for the shortage of the domestic and foreign scholars research on Balthus landscape painting, to further improve the direction of thinking and understanding of modern painting.
