Moral self-regulation means that when moral self-worth is threatened,moral cleansing effect repair concept; when the moral self-worth is high, moral licensing effect permit it to return to the comfortable level.This study reviewed the paper on the basis of previous studies,through the experimental method to study the effect of moral self-regulation. From different types of start-word, different memories of the event protagonist and different time of recalls events,we study subjects’ behavior in subsequent prosocial behavior and violational behavior,and examine the occurs of moral self-regulating effect..And based on the study1 and study2,we use Perfectionism Scale and self-esteem Scale to examine their relationship with moral self-regulation.The results show that:1.Moral self-regulation effect can be activated by different type of start word..Namely positive conditions can produce the moral licensing effects; and moral cleansing effect produce under conditions of negative word.2.Regardless of the followed behavior of the subjects are pro-social behavior or violations,under positive start word condition, the subjects recalled the event when the protagonist is himself, will produce the moral license effects; start word in the negative conditions, when subjects recalled events protagonist is himself, producing moral cleansing effect. When protagonist of subjects recalled events is others, moral self-regulation does not appear.3.The mediate effect perfectionism, self-esteem and moral self-regulating effect is not significant.
