How could a movie still reserves culture background even it adopts Hollywood skills, narrative, and even western story? That is the main point which will try to be answered in this article. The paper uses two different ways. By a combination of Narratology and Structuralism, the paper try to dismember every part of Lee’s film, and explores every part—not only by its superficial meaning, but by its inter-connecting, hidden meaning and relationship.
