Southern Song Dynasty there was much prominent family in the Siming district,and aroused a great flame of enthusiasm for learning calligraphy,Siming area also became an important place of learning calligraphy. At same time, it also emerged a number of calligraphers who have appeared by their family identity, such as Zhang,Lou, Shi, Wang and so on. These intellectuals-born calligraphers also were the main force in the Siming calligraphy circle. Zhang’s family is one of the most prominent.Zhang Xiaoxiang and his nephew Zhang Jizhi were well known in the world by calligraphy. Their calligraphic styles not only came down in one continuous line and the difference in the same. This paper is inspired from their calligraphy origin,changes of calligraphic style and calligraphic style aesthetic elements and so on to discuss. Among them, the core issue of how Zhang Jizhi inherited his uncle’s calligraphic style and the formation process of self style after the reform. And this case as a starting point pay attention to a kind of familial cultural phenomenon in Siming intellectuals’ family at the Southern Song Dynasty.
