Subjective color is undoubtedly has strong impact of painting language in oil painting creation. It reinforces the painter in the expression of emotion and inner, make oil painting has the rich expressive, and at the same time give more powerful emotional force. We do the objective things in the past, usually with a personal experience to determine the rational of hue, tone, etc., the objective of work can bring them the sensory impact, but it is difficult to bring the viewer touches on the heart. The use of subjective color is strengthen the connotation of the works, enrich language expression plays a key role. To be able to better strengthen the spiritual expression, make work has the personality and unique charm.Oil painting color was originated from the subjectivity of the impressionism. In the enlightenment of impressionist painter, painting language are more self, and people are all pursuit the individuality expression. Today, painting idea is more open, the artist individual emotion in painting plays more and more important role, even become a personal business card. We are looking forward to our work be audience recognition, hope the audience can understand it, and the most direct way is through the performance of color in the works to reduce the distance between the author and the audience. This article research and exploration in the oil painting creation subjective color, and combination with my graduation creation-"lotus" series oil painting review and comb, talk about some personal understanding of the subjective color application, it summarizes the graduation creation experience, and also lay a solid foundation for later better artistic practice.
