Study On The Zigong City Interlanguage

The interlanguage, also called "local mandarin" or "LanQing mandarin",is formed by the dialect users in the process of learning mandarin, it is a variant of the standard mandarin, which is neither a pure dialect nor standard mandarin, but a kind of objective language phenomenon that commonly existed.Each dialect area has its own interlanguage, they have different expression forms and different ways of composition. Since the 1980s, the academic study of the interlanguage has gradually had begun, however, the study has some problems, such as unequal geographical distribution and research content, so it needs further in-depth study.Zigong area interlanguage,as one of the interlanguage in China, has its typical characteristics in pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar.On the one hand, it gradually develops into mandarin, on the other hand, it inevitably retains the language features of Zigong dialect. In this paper, in reference to the previous interlanguage research, both the theoretical research and the case study, we try to sort out features of the interlanguage in Zigong city area and provide detailed language examples and data. We take the Zigong city as the main investigation area, Zigong citizens as the main investigation object, using questionnaire to investigate the real situation of use of the interlanguage among people in different age,gender,level of education and job,trying to present a comprehensive description of complexity of the interlanguage use in Zigong city area. In this paper, on the basis of the specific data in detail, through the analysis of multiple perspectives, we hope to get a more scientific conclusion.
