A Research Report Of Safeguarding Practice Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

The protective work of intangible cultural heritage in our country has been carried out for more than ten years. According to the characteristics and features of intangible cultural heritage projects, we have been searching for the best protective ways and raising several productive ways, such as rescuing protection, integrity protection, the productive protection and the protective ways in accordance with the law, among which the productive way of intangible cultural heritage is popular and favor with people. The productive way of intangible cultural heritage maintains the reality, integrity and continuity of the intangible cultural heritage as the core. In the process of the practice with characteristics of the production, with the help of other means of the production, circulation, sales, we change the resources of the intangible cultural heritage into the productive way of cultural products. In fact, we try to look for a method of success and protection to solve the problem of "hematopoietic function". Practice shows that the productive protection of intangible cultural heritage in China is effective and the achievements are outstanding. At first, on the theoretical level, this article combs the formation and the development process of the productive protection of intangible cultural heritage and the theoretical basis. Secondly, from a practical perspective, this article introduces the outcome of the productive protection of intangible cultural heritage and the condition of the demonstrative bases of productive protection of intangible cultural heritage. Through the analysis of several demonstrative bases of productive protection of intangible cultural heritage, this article tries to explain the existing difficulties and the real problems in using the protective way of the productive protection by the protective units. On the basis of analyzing several existing difficulties and real problems on real use of the protective way of the productive protection, from the theoretical and practical aspects, this article proposes the measures and countermeasures to solve the problem.
