Management And Utilization Of Non-material Cultural Heritage Archives

In the understanding of intangible cultural heritage status quo, on the basis of introduction of archives management and utilization of related problems, found that China’s intangible cultural heritage to the defects of archives work, namely, the lack of perfect laws and regulations, lack of professional alone, management organization,management, more dispersed, and in the continued protection and use of inheritance,archives utilization rate is relatively low. Based on the above problems, this paper puts forward reasonable strategy, namely clear non-material cultural heritage archives management and use of the principle, perfect the non-material cultural heritage archives management is using the laws and regulations, cultivate professional archives management talent, integrate the existing management resources, a clear division of management institutions function, strengthen to the protection of non-material cultural heritage archives subsequent inheritance, intensify the non-material cultural heritage of archives collection.
