Enterprise is the cell of the whole social economic system. An enterprise consists of material capital and human capital. With the progress of society, knowledge, technology and other spiritual forces on economic growth in an increasingly prominent role, the role of the staff of the enterprise is more and more important. The enterprise’s own development and progress has decided companies recognize the need to fulfill its social responsibility. However, many enterprises in the actual situation, the real treat employees, and not a very good performance of its rights and obligations. On the contrary, labor relations has always been there, workers lack of frequent phenomenon. So, according to the research on employee social responsibility is the realistic need, is the requirement of the times.This paper actively learn the correlative theory and related theories on Chinese enterprises at present for the research on the employee social responsibility. The enterprise exists in an independent form of social organization, not only embodies the certain economy, there exist certain morality. Business as a moral subject has the rights and obligations of its own, which is composed of its own purpose and pursuit of decision. The double attribute of enterprise decided on its own in social relations inevitably implies economic relation and ethical relation. In a series of relations, enterprises need to deal with and balance these relations. At this time, the enterprise’s economic behavior and decision-making, must not only to the pursuit of economic, the demand of the enterprise is also complex, which inevitably contains the ethical motivation related. So when dealing with the relationship between enterprises and employees, this thesis is elaborated, determines the relationship between enterprises and employees to the enterprise, is the responsibility of the staff. However, the relationship between enterprises and employees have its particularity, is complex and unique, which embodies the unity of opposites in the relationship between enterprises and employees. On the one hand, there are conflicts between employees and enterprises; on the other hand, enterprises and employees to undertake social responsibility is unified with the enterprise’s own profit.In any case, the corporate social responsibility of employees is inevitable. This is the enterprise’s own characteristic, also is the inevitable requirement of social development. The enterprise as a moral subject required to assume corresponding responsibilities, including the social responsibility of the staff. Although the enterprise behavior economic behavior, but in all its activities, always contains complex motives, the existence of moral motivation. From the perspective of social development, to social progress in the enterprise will gradually increase, social progress and staff also put forward higher expectations for the enterprises, the enterprises are required to take more social responsibility. From the social level, the development of social stability and building a harmonious society also requires enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility to employees.This paper also summarizes and summarizes the basic contents of corporate social responsibility. Its content mainly displays in four aspects: fair treatment staff employment and salary; ensure the employee’s occupational health and safety; according to the law to provide social security for employees; pay attention to training and promote the comprehensive development of staff. And through the Maslow’s pyramid theory and Carol corporate social responsibility pyramid theory, the content of interpretation, from another point of view for the social responsibility of the enterprise to the staff, the simple description. Thus, not only to see the corporate commitment to social responsibility, employee self value and enterprise sustainable development consistency, but also to see the corporate commitment to employee social responsibility and the contradiction between the profit. Then, it leads to the inevitability of the enterprise’s social responsibility. At the end of the article, the article describes the lack of corporate social responsibility from the three aspects of employee compensation, enterprise’s rights and respect for employees themselves. And from three levels of social laws and regulations, enterprises and employees, the enterprise to the staff of the social responsibility of the lack of corresponding countermeasures.With the development of society, the staff of the company’s expectations will always have new requirements, the company’s social responsibility to employees isnot a temporary responsibility, is the need for enterprises to continuously update the. However, only assume this responsibility, the enterprise can continue to develop, but also conducive to the harmonious society of the whole.
