The dialect vocabulary of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is a senior stage in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. It is also an important aspect of helping foreign students to understand regional culture more deeply and intuitively. The dialect vocabulary and regional culture of teaching Chinese as a foreign language can expand cultural horizons of foreign students who study in our country, meet their needs to learn more about Chinese culture, as well as show the traditional culture of our country better, especially some culture with a strong local characteristics to the world.In teaching practice, the author found that foreign students in the process of learning Chinese are often interfered by the local regional culture and dialect glossary. Some students have experienced this reality:they cannot reach the expected effect of communication in daily communication with local residents. For example, when foreign students go to the mall, shopping bazaar for shopping, Some businessmen cannot use Mandarin correctly to communicate. They will use their own local dialects, or in the process of using Mandarin, they will compound their local dialect slang, vulgarism unconsciously. In this communication background, foreign students often have a superficial knowledge of their messages. In this case, some students start to have the idea to study local dialect.Based on this, in this paper, Established in the basic situation of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the author use her hometown dialect, Yangzhou dialect vocabulary teaching as an example, proposing bold ideas. Starting from teaching materials, teaching, etc, this paper in-depth analysis the problems in the dialect vocabulary in learning Chinese as a foreign language students, such as the lack of teaching resources, difficulties on grasping the teaching degree, the shortage of teachers and the concrete teaching practice. The author puts forward some corresponding countermeasures on the design of course teaching and the selection of teaching materials. At the same time, the author points out that language teaching is a kind of study and practice of the teaching process, it should put foreign students in real teaching environment, in order to better their experiential learning and practical application in daily life, and then students should be able to accurately use the dialect words and sentences, use them flexibly in daily communication process. In order to reduce students various problems encountered in the dialect vocabulary learning, in order to reduce the difficulties and problems of students in the dialectal communication. Finally, it can also promote the exchange of local culture and foreign culture, helping foreigners and local people to understand different cultures better.This paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter One:Introduction; Chapter Two:To explore the feasibility of Yangzhou dialect vocabulary teaching and the teaching form; Chapter Three:Classification of Yangzhou dialect vocabulary related to local culture; Chapter Four:To carry out the existing problems of Yangzhou dialect vocabulary teaching; Chapter five:Suggestions on Yangzhou dialect vocabulary teaching; Chapter six:The conclusion of this paper.
