The ancient emperors claimed that they are the sons of God, they die as the God dead, so the passage of mausoleums also called the path of the God. Since the Eastern Han dynasty built the original passage of mausoleum and set on both sides of stones, later kings mostly make it as a tradition in the follow mausoleums,called stone carving of passage. The passage levels of mausoleums in the Ming Dynasty is:middle high path for "king size", designed for the Royal members walking; slightly lower on both sides of the road is "accompany size", left side is for ministers, generals go right, feudal ritual thus be clear at a glance. Ming Dynasty imperial mausoleums of the surface construction for wood structure, now are mostly destroyed, only the stone in passage of mausoleums left,because of giant size of hard and essential to preserve the integrity. And this undoubtedly give us research imperial the passage of mausoleums in the Ming Dynasty stone carving art and form provides a very rich practical reference and research platform.In this paper, we take Zhuangjian mausoleum stone carving---the largest surface remains among Guilin Jingjiang mausoleums of the Ming Dynasty,as the focus of the study.At the same time, some parallel in the Royal Mausoleum and tomb stone carving, the formation and development of its unique artistic style and the impact on future generations; use of modern aesthetics, archaeology and other methods to explore the treasure of Chinese culture; combined with the artistic style of analytical background and other means, in the historical and populist perspective on this precious traditional ethnic art combs, explore new and the development of contemporary sculpture art, the passage of mausoleums in the Ming Dynasty issued its artistic value and historical significance.The introduction part (Chapter one)from the time change and the unique social point of views, to clarify the source, significance and methods of this research. This research, summed up the formation of King of Jingjiang with mausoleums in Ming Dynasty stone caving art and before the period and the Central Plains culture factors of inheritance relationship on the basis of the collected data, and then outlines the stone carving art in the Ming Dynasty imperial mausoleums of the development.The second part of the thesis, (Chapter two and three), through the classification than mausoleum of Zhuang Jane stone content and carry on the elaboration, combined with literature analysis and comparison the with the rest of the imperial mausoleum stone carving style similarities and differences of change, explore the cultural relics in the Ming Dynasty carving analysis, inference of stone carving art creation because of the leather, and art with the world shift phenomenon.The third part (Chapter four), to passage of mausoleums in King of Jingjiang stone as the basis, demonstration of Southwest China in Ming Dynasty for the Central Plains culture and art of the absorption of inheritance and its unique cultural form, so as to enhance the research of the unique value.In the last part of the thesis(the fifth chapter),the author will expound the historical position of the imperial tomb of the Ming Dynasty and its influence on the later stone carving art,and objectively evaluate its realistic significance.
