Women hold up "half of the sky" of human society, and general secretary Xi Jinping, in the 2015 global summit of women, also stressed:" no women, no human, no society." Obviously the role of women in society should not be underestimated. However, in the history, the status of women has been in the bottom of the social ladder over a long period of time and nobody cares about it. The women’s movement broke out in the west in the 18th century, which just aroused people’s concern for women’s issues, from then on, feminists in the world has made tireless efforts for women’s liberation and development.Feminist ethics came from feminist thought, which advocates equality between men and women. and gender equality, meanwhile, it is believed that all discrimination and oppression of women’s behavior is immoral, in addition, it advocates reflecting and criticizing the unequal treatment of women with taking women’s own perspective of moral and ethical stance into consideration. In China, after the reform and opening up to the outside world, the issues related to women have been actively improved. However, facing the repression and restraint of thousands of years, the improvement of women’s social status is not achieved overnight, according to the data of the third survey on Chinese women’s social status report, the social status of Chinese women still needs to be improved.Hui nationality is a nationality whose people believe in Islam, the Ning Xia Hui autonomous region is the largest area of Hui nationality in China, where the Hui is the must typical to study. In-the vast rural areas, married Hui women is still a continuation of family pattern of traditional division of labor, so they are mainly responsible for domestic work, but the fruits of their labor are often overlooked. Besides, due to influence and conventions from religious beliefs, traditional customs and rules of family tradition, their power and position in the family still needs to be improved. The sights of the writer is focused on the domestic sphere closely related to rural women, attempting to study the family status of married Hui women in rural areas of Ning Xia.In summary, the paper made a theoretical analysis of feminist ethics and women’s family status of traditional Muslim, and then based on the perspective of feminist ethics, which made a detailed analysis of the family status of rural Hui married women from four dimensions:family labor, family power, family freedom and family emotion. By using the method of literary and empirical study and choosing Lao Zhuang Village in Guyuan as a case of field investigation, meanwhile, sorting out the date of Hui married women’s family status of Lao Zhuang Village and interview data, the author draws the following conclusions. First, compared to the traditional museum women, the contemporary rural Hui women’s family status has been improved, but in some areas, it still needs to be further improved. Second, after malcing the analysis and summarization of the results of empirical investigation, the author summarize the problems that the contemporary rural married Hui women have existed in the family status, such as the inequality of family status between men and women, the loss of women’s rights to malce decisions, the negligence of the right voice of women. The weakness independent consciousness of female, and so on. The author also analyzed the reasons for these problems from the perspective of feminist women ethics, the reasons are following:the local economic development level is law; women have poor education; unreasonable concept of gender awareness still exists; religious beliefs, ethnic customs and traditional family values have a deep influence on people. Then, the author put forward some suggestions to improve the rural Hui married women’s family status, namely to promote regional economic development; to strengthen women’s quality constructions; create a harmonious social atmosphere; change the concept of gender inequality; perfect the legal environment of women’s legal rights.
