In the era of rapid development of science and technology, science and technology have become the indispensable tools; people’s daily life cannot be separated from science and technology. People from different corners of the world are closer, seem like living together. In teaching, science and technology have played an important role. The quality of education can develop by science and technology. In term of evaluating the teaching, a variety of testing is assisted. The new HSK test was launched by Hanban in an effort to better serve Chinese language learners. It assesses non-native Chinese speakers’abilities in using the Chinese language in their daily, academic and professional lives.This research is based on the new HSK highest level. The purpose of this research study was comparing the paper test and the online test.. The subjects of the study were Thai teachers and students. The method of the study was the questionnaire survey of Thai teachers and students. The data were analyzed their attitudes through the different forms of testing and suggestions for improvement.The result of the research showed that although the content of the new HSK between the paper test and the online test are the same but the attitude of Thai teachers and students are different. They are few teachers and students who were supported to start the online test. This research was comparing Thai teachers and students’ attitude of HSK highest level between the paper test and the online test and also gives some suitable suggestions. The Author hopes this research could be useful as well for the interests of Chinese teaching and valuable for Thai teachers and students as well.
