Study On The Construction Of The Rural Cultural Compound In Zoucheng City, Shandong Province

In the late 1990 s,the culture compounds by the farmers and civilians themselves appeared gradually. And in the practice of rural culture compounds construction in Shandong Province mainly refers to village culture. Rural culture compounds play an important role in strengthening the construction of rural public cultural service system and enriching the spiritual and cultural needs of rural people have. Due to the village, adjust measures to local conditions, the rural cultural compounds construction should embody the essential demand of the people-oriented and masses service.But due to the imbalance of regional development, especially the lagging of rural cultural construction in the relatively undeveloped villages in economy such as the remote mountain areas, no matter the capital investment or the system construction cannot achieve a balanced coverage, which leads to the distribution imbalance of the rural cultural compounds construction. And the lack of practical functions such as the culture spread, innovation of rural culture develop and improvement of moral culture quality in villages also requires us to think seriously about the relevant issues of rural culture construction. This paper takes the culture compound construction in Zoucheng, Shandong Province as example, through field investigation and data collection, grasp the detailed comparison and analysis to explore how to build a cultural compound which is closer to the masses life and meet the demand of the masses.
