| Although Crimes concerning prostitution are proclaimed in writing in Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China, current related legal framework has gradually been not enough to deal with such crimes, because crimes have been more and more severe and complex. Such situation has led judicatory institutions at loose ends when deciding cases. At first, this paper will make the concept and conclude the characteristics for the crime. Secondly, it would make a research on the judicatory practice and then enumerate several doubtful points and difficulties, which are faced by judicatory institutions, emerging from the case-deciding process. At last, it will put forward some suggestions on law amendments for the crimes. |
