Research On College Students’ Injury Accidents Disposal

The college students’injury accidents and the disputes aroused from that become growing. The reasons are complex, which increase the difficulty of resolving. Although, the education department and the academic circles started to pay attention to establish the dispute resolution mechanism, the ways and means of that are still far from perfect, scientific, and effective. The application and the systematic research on that are even less. This study took some fully investigations from some colleges’practice of Ningbo City as its background, combined with law and public management theory, through literature research, interviews and material analysis and other methods, deeply analyzed the reasons, current situation and dilemma to deal with. The article applied the public crisis management theory and public relations theory, proposed diversification and insurance mechanism, college students’injury accident mutual fund system and other mechanism to solve the problems mentioned above. Meanwhile, in the case of some administrative mediations are questioned by the parents and the ways of negotiation by college and parents had some shortcomings, the author try to establish a student dispute settlement institution in the college, combined with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism to tackle the college students’injury accidents and the disputes aroused from that. This paper may also as the decision-making reference for the government and the education departments.
