Research On Evaluation Method And Current Situation Analysis Of Tianjin Citizen’s Humanistic Quality

Humanistic quality refers to the level of development achieved by the people inthe humanities or the comprehensive character. Low humanistic quality has becomean important constraint for social progress or scientific and technologicaldevelopment increasingly. Many social problems faced are attributed to the lack ofhuman knowledge and the loss of human spirit. At present, our country faced aperiod of magnified social conflicts. The party and the government pay more attentionon enhancing the humanistic quality as well as the community.At present, most of studies focus on local research and qualitative analysis, it isdifficult to make a comprehensive, systematic and quantitative analysis of the statusof citizen humanistic quality. This paper designs a humanistic quality evaluation indexsystem in order to study the quantitative analysis.This paper reviews the concept of humanistic quality, connotation andcharacteristics, and analyses the correlations in humanistic knowledge, humanisticmethods, humanist thought and humanistic spirit. At the same time, we build ascientific, complete and operable Humanities Quality Evaluation System. Besides,this article collects and analyzes the Tianjin2500sample survey data in16districts byface-to-face interviews based on the principle of random sampling. We obtained thehumanistic quality overall situation in Tianjin as well as the humanistic qualitydifferences between different groups. We also established regression model to analyzethe factors affecting the humanistic quality of Tianjin.At the same time, the paper make suggestions to solve the factors and problemsof the Tianjin Human Quality: improving the construction of the citizen humanisticquality education system, the innovation of the carrier for civic and cultural quality ofthe construction activities, giving full play and regulating the role of the new media,development and integration of the resources for citizens’ Humanistic Quality,strengthen the mechanisms of government work in order to effectively improve theTianjin humanistic quality.
