Research And Implementation Of Equipment Information Collecting And Analysis Technology Based On Online Social Network

Military equipment information has two features in the spread of various kinds ofinformation in the Internet. On the one hand, all countries have emphasized thesensitivity and confidentiality of military equipment. On the other hand, with thepopularity of the Internet as well as the needs of the national military transparency,equipment information was released on the network, more and more discussion andresearch, which has openness and transparency. Therefore, based on the online socialnetworks, with the Internet information distribution and aggregation convenience,more and more online equipment information is collected and analyzed.Based on online social network, this paper use data mining and key users discoveryalgorithm to extract the core information, and collect weaponry information. This paperused the semantic identify and target feature matching method to reduce the noise of theinformation, exclude erroneous data, irrelevant data, duplicate data and outdated data.Through establishing credibility judgment model, key user confidence value ranking,comprehensive screened valid information, we ensure the authenticity of the data.Social network analysis is used to excavate weapons information, reveal the relationshipof the various types of weapons, exporting and importing countries, the manufacturer ofthe war or the association between homogeneous and heterogeneous objects. Throughanalyzing, we get a variety of chart, the export and import of arms and eventrelationships. And combined with IED(Improvised Explosive Devices) incident in Iraq,the deep-level mining the various elements of the regional hot spots, establish hotprediction model.Main innovation:（1）A flood-search method for preliminary processing of theinformation, using a statistical point of the credibility of information to establish thereliability of the confidence interval, hypothesis testing, carried out can reliabilitydetermination.（2） Establishing hotspot prediction model, deeply analyzing a varietyof analysis chart that lists the export and import of arms and deployment event relations,to predict the future of the hot zone on the base of the IED events.
