Study The Legislative Circumvention Of Anti-dumping Regime

With the deepening of international trade, the original anti-dumping measures toprotect local trade for the purpose of avoidance behavior because of increase in thenumber and diversity of form which led to its protection efforts on trade becomesever weakening. Therefore, research on anti-circumvention theoretical and practicallevels have become imperative. Our question for the anti-circumvention legislationcurrently remain in effect only in2004after a revised “People’s Republic of Chinaanti-dumping regulations,” and in2004, after the modified “People’s Republic ofChina Foreign Trade Law”, in addition to2005’s“People’s Republic of China Importand Export Ordinance, the origin of goods”is also somewhat related to theanti-circumvention problems. From the time we can see that in almost a decade fromnow, while the development of international trade, anti-dumping and circumvent thecontest did not stop after the law-making. On the contrary, as the export and importer,China’s face-dumping and anti-dumping, anti-circumvention circumvent and hindertrade issues are an important factor in the economic development of our country.
