Structure is the permutations and combinations of things between the variouselements.However, this combination is not rules and unruly simple accumulation.Among thesocial sciences,each structure behind the phenomenon may reveal an inner spirit.Thisindicates that the structure itself is non-autonomous.As criminal investigation proceduresreflected by the micro-level investigation of the structure of several:Single-line investigativestructure, parallel bars and structural investigation is certainly no exception triangularstructure.Three structural investigation demonstrated the spirit of the law is nothing morethan a given legislator,the value of the ruling class sought.Since legislators are pursuing valuedetermines the behavior of the various investigative body orientation program.So with aunified structure that reflects the investigation procedure legislator’s intentions.Because ofthis, the structure can be seen as the status of the investigation and its relationship with theinvestigating authorities in the investigation of criminal suspects in the investigationprocedure which activities.Domestic research on the investigation of the structure of this theory is not much.Theycan be divided into two directions of macro level and the micro level: the macro levelliterature mainly include"A Comparative Study of Criminal Investigation structure""two-tierstructure of Discrimination criminal investigation procedures""investigative programstructure theory", etc.Research literature on the micro level have Professor ZengYouxiang of"Criminal value balance theory".And this article is accepted in full view on the professorZengYouxiang which had microscopic investigation of the proposed structure,combination ofother scholars on this issue expressed, for further analysis and elaboration.
