In social and economic activities, proof of income is one of important documentsto prove their economic status, but the disputes triggered by false proof of income arecommon in practice. The main reason is our legal liability for false proof of incomeshall not be perfect, and lack of legal basis.Firstly, through two typical legal cases, the problem came out, that is whether thebehavior of false proof of income should be bear legal responsibility. By analyzing thedispute, we may make a conclusion: the acts of false proof of income must bear legalliability, including civil liability, criminal liability.In civil liability, I will give analysisof the contracting negligence, breach of contract and tort liability. In the criminal, if thebehavior of false proof of income is serious, whether it can be establishment of loanfraud, fraudulent loans and other crimes. This article don’t study Whether assumeadministrative responsibility or not，because of the limited knowledge.Finally, theauthor analyzes the main responsibility principle and who can be the responsibility, sothat people must take necessary legal responsibility for their false behavior. This Paperis divided into the following sections:Part I: Introduction the case and legal issues. Through the introduction of the basicsituation of the two cases, noting the focus of disputes, explore the question of whetherthe conduct of false proof of income takes responsibility.Part II: By introduction the proof of income, and give leads to false identifyproblems, in order to pave the way for analyze the behavior of false proof of income.Part III: Giving analysis of false proof of income civil liability, including Culpa,tort liability and breach of responsibility.Part IV: By analysis of criminally false proof of income. In this chapter, behaviorcould constitute false proof of income loan fraud, credit card fraud, etc or not will beanalyzed.Part V: By analyzing the principle of imputation, imputation forms, etc. knowingwho will take the responsibility.In summary, this paper give major study of the law responsibility of false proof ofincome, study the legal liability, attribute reason, and give a reference to resolvedisputes in judicial practice.
