Study On Community Governance Of Yinji Town In Xiangyang

Rural governance has been the object of study of many ancient and modern scholars,different disciplines based on a different perspective on rural governance’s connotationand denotation has a very different understanding.In lateral view, there are economicstudies on rural economics perspective,Villagers flow and psychological conditionsstudies on sociological perspective, the rural space and landscape research on Ecologyperspective,the structure and function studies of Rural grassroots government onpolitical science perspective, and the interactive communication studies oncommunication perspective.In vertical perspective, rural governance research underdifferent economic and social backgrounds showed different development trend, withthe deepening of reform, rural social structure and function of the body has alsoundergone tremendous changes.At present, the urban-rural integration frequently beenput on the policy agenda, optimizing the allocation of resources, promoting theintegration of urban and rural resources, and making the urban and rural docking cometrue has become an important direction of the development for rural governance.New rural community construction as a bold attempt to the new model of ruralgovernance by Local Government is an important exploration of rural structuraloptimization and resource allocation in the path of choice. The article based on theinvestigation of new rural community development of Yinji,to investigate the interactionprocess between the governance bodies during the construction of new ruralcommunities,using evaluation mechanism,analysis of the fit and bias points in the newbuilding in rural communities between the governance bodies,thus be constantly revisedand running in to maximize the public interest and provide strong support and referenceto create a new model of the characteristics of industrial planning and integrateddevelopment of rural governance for a cultural city.New rural communities differentfrom urban communities,in face of the strong impact of resources restructuring and theexternal environment, the rural communities with more complex internal and externalfactors in the initial construction,facing with many difficulties and problems, includingissues from system level also has a level of consciousness and reason from the elitelevel.This article through a case study of Yinji who has a new rural communityconstruction to find the problems in the construction of new rural communities,standingrural governance perspective to examine countermeasures of community governance in the process of urban-rural integration,aims to achieve scientific, diversification,intensification and modernization of community governance and achieve effectivecommunication of information, reduce the grassroots social conflicts, create a goodatmosphere for the urban-rural integration.
