The thesis is to study the rural Party organization in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia BorderRegion and to review its overall condition. Based on the analysis of the historicalmaterials on rural party branches, numbers, composition, education background andhistorical roles of rural communists, it is to summarize the construction of rural Partyorganization in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region, and to further providereference for current Party building at the primary level, particularly for the constructionof primary Party organization, thus upholding the great banner of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics and comprehensively promote scientific construction of the Party with thespirit of reform and innovation.The thesis consists of three parts. The first part introduces the overall condition ofrural Party organization in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region on the basis oforiginal historical materials, trying to depict its basic situation, especially its rural partybranches and membership composition. Generally, it is an incomplete and nonsystematicintroduction owing to scant original data on rural Party organization in theShensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region. The second part summarizes the fundamentalways of rural Party organization in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region. Throughanalyzing of Jiefang Daily, archival data of Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region andNorthwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, speeches and articles of the veteranrevolutionaries such as Mao Zedong, Ren Bishi, Chen Yun, etc., this part draws lessonsabout rural Party organization in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region, puttingforward detailed methods about how to strengthen CPC’s self-building, namelyenhancing superior leadership, improving rural Party branches construction, purging theParty, thinking highly of education of party cadres, etc. More than that, this part alsodeals with the problems coordination among rural Party organizations, rural regime andmass organizations. The third part explores the historical experience and contemporary value of rural Party organization construction in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia BorderRegion. Firstly, enhancing the construction and development of rural Party organization;secondly, indicating basic principles of rural Party organization construction; thirdly,stating three priorities in rural Party organization construction.
