Marriage Law of China revised in2001established the System of the Compensation forDivorce Damage in China. Undoubtedly, it made great history advance. The established ofthe System of the Compensation for Divorce Damage has important significance inprotecting the innocent party of the marriage and maintaining the stability of the family. Butthe system has not achieved the desired results in judicial practice after the application. It’san important study in the domain of Marriage Law.
