At the same time, research on illegalabortion in theory of criminal law is relatively deficient. Through the consideration ofthe deficiencies of current law, combined with the reference about abortion crimelegislation experience abroad, there’s necessary to regulate our country’s illegalabortion by adding the crime of illegal abortion. This can not only to crack down onthe crime of illegal abortions, maintain the social order of our country, but also toensure the safety of pregnant women’ health and life. It can also reduce the disorderconduce of staffs of Family planning, and then better implement the basic nationalpolicy of family planning.
