The fifth chapter propose advice inlegislation and the introduction of a diligent search and the concept of rightinformation and access to copyrighted works without the lord’s permission. Inaddition to, this thesis explain the determining enforcement agencies of diligentsearch as well as which place is needed to pay attention in the implementation of thisprocess. And clarify the oversight recommendations on diligent search.At the sametime, the thesis introduce the fees of the use of the copyright works without the lord’spermission under profit purpose. And then, this thesis make a brief summary of thecopyright works without the right holder’s permission.
