In consequence, research on theinsurance fraud crime from the angle of investigation science and building a decentinvestigation and prevention system is a really important topic.This paper is divided into4parts:The first part is the basic research of the characteristic of insurance fraud crime, which isthe basis of the investigation and prevention to this serious crime. It’s anafterwards treatment that bringing suspects to justice and legal punishment, meanwhile, whatmatters more is building a preventive system and form a social mechanism against theinsurance fraud, by which we can keep down this crime and maintain a favorablecircumstance for the insurance industry. At present, society is badly in need of three line ofdefense fighting against insurance fraud, consisting of social prevention line, psychologicalprevention line and penalty prevention line.
