Village resources in reshaping individual villager close relations with villages,guided by interests, strengthen the participation consciousness of the villagers of villagepublic affairs, enhance the political enthusiasm, maintain the interests of their requirements,and also raised the awareness and political efficacy, the development of the modern politicaloperation needed for modern political culture psychology, to promote the smooth enforcementof the system of grassroots democracy in rural society and the healthy development, for thefurther development of China’s democratic politics to lay solid social foundation.
