The Research Of The New Generation Migrant Workers Employment Under The Background Of Urbanization

The migrant workers is growing stronger with the advancement ofChina’s reform and opening up, in the30years’ practice of the reformand opening up, they are contributing their own strength to thedevelopment of our economy,society and city. In recent years, the newgeneration of migrant workers appear for the migrant workers have agenerational divide with the growth of the age. With the advancement ofChina’s urbanization, the new generation of migrant workers havegradually replaced the old migrant workers as an important force in theperiod of China’s economic and social development in the new period.However, due to the various subjective and objective reasons, the newgeneration of migrant workers face the employment problems in cities andtowns, the employment problem of this group also causes the high attentionof our government and even the whole society increasingly. Therefore, itis very important to solve the problem of this group’s employment.On the basis of the further study of the status quo,this paper analysesthe problems and reasons of the new generation of migrant workers in urbanemployment,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solvethe problem of China’s new generation of migrant workers employment.
