A Research Of The Problem Analysis And Countermeasures Of Citizen Empty-nest Elderly Community

Population aging is a product of human economic and social development to a certainstage, which, is the main melody of China’s population development in21st century. With thedevelopment of China’s modernization and ageing population, the phenomenon of emptynesters is increasingly protruding. A series of social phenomenon and problems caused by theemergence and cause of empty nest family, has attracted an extensive concern of the academia.Today’s China, it is tangible for an ageing population and empty nest family. It brings themost direct and realistic problems, that is, pension problem of the aging and the empty nester.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly describesthe research significance for city empty-nest elderly community problems and its detailedresearch method and train of thought. The second part mainly discusses the overview and thebasic theory of urban empty-nesters, which emphatically introduces the concepts ofempty-nesters, urban community and so on. The third part mainly analyzes the needs of theurban empty nest old man. The fourth part mainly talks about the present situation andproblems of citizen empty-nest elderly community in this paper. The fifth part, adequatemeasures and suggestions are put forward for the existing difficulties and restricting factors inthe development of community endowment of our country’s urban empty-nesters, based onthe analysis of the previous parts. Aging and empty nest is the inevitable stage of urbanizationprocess itself. This requests that, to resolve the problem, it must comply with the laws ofsocial development and trajectory, full respect the important position of the market, and play asignificant role of the market. Solve the problem of empty-nest elderly is not only a shoulderthe responsibility of the government, but also needs the common concern of the wholesociety.
