With China’s entry into the World Trade Organization and the optimized developmentof the economy, the economic and social value that Intellectual Property bears becomemore and more. The establishment of a more perfect Intellectual Property regime is notonly the requirement of the international legislation, but also the strategic move of theprotection of the knowledge innovation and the development of the economic. In China,the knowledge innovation and the technological development progress all the time.However, the Intellectual Property violations become more and more rampant. The subjectof how to protect the Intellectual Property and how to apply correctly legal responsibilityto the Intellectual Property infringement cannot be ignored.For the purpose of the analysis of the edges of the three legal responsibilities, thisPaper is divided into three parts.
