In this paper, we study the kuomintang organization operation problem. This article intercepts the period from1927to1947. I choose the kuomintang organization operation as the research object, because in this paragraph of time, kuomintang was inrelatively stable period. This paper try to analyzes the cause of the problems in the construction of the party organization, in the hope of some enlightenment for the construction of modern Chinese political parties.The emergence of political parties and party politics is the key to political transition in modern times, it adapt to the development of capitalism, become core elements of democracy political. Party politics come from the western bourgeois revolution, and then spread to other countries, but the effect of political parties in the development of these countries are not the same. Some parties rapid development, some parties gradually decay, to grasp the core factors affects the rise and fall of the party for secondary party is very important to the development of the national party politics. This paper argues that the existence of every society has its particularity, there is a certain path dependence, the development of the society is only the history of the society itself one of the most significance. A history of modern China is the party under the propulsion of evolution in China. Parties are constantly adapt to the development of China’s national conditions and with China’s unique political, economic, cultural environment interaction in development work. The kuomintang is the only party in power before communist party ruling china, problems of the operation of the kuomintang led to the rapid collapse. Therefore, construction of modern Chinese party can learn more from the construction of kuomintang.This article applies the three theoretical perspectives to analyzes kuomintang organization, kuomintang organization is divided into formal and informal structure and open structure. Then analysis the problems existing in the three aspects, cause and the enlightenment to modern political party. In this paper, using three parts to discuss this. The first part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the kuomintang organization operation. The kuomintang organization formal structure deviate from the organization goal, the informal structure cause internal friction and the open structure fail to complete the task of social efficiency. The second part mainly analyses the reason of the kuomintang organization operation problem.
